Jourik Migom

PRIVATE EQUITY SECTOR HEAD

Jourik has 20+ years of experience in strategy related roles across consultancies, digital agencies and a couple of client-side stints. At Endava, he leads a global team of thinkers focused around Strategy, Product and Data. Jourik especially loves the early phases of strategy projects and conversations with clients about how technology can help them change their business for the better.

Garry Tough

Sales Lead

Garry is a Senior Vice President responsible for Endava's Private Equity related revenues globally. Prior to this, Garry has held senior roles in IT Services and Technology Sales for over 25 years in the USA and Europe. He has spent the last 10 years leading the client-facing team providing technology and digital advisory services to, predominantly, Private Equity and PE-backed business. He has personally led on over 350 transactions globally with some 50 of these being carve-out transactions across multiple business sectors and funds.

Brian Niemiec

Global SVP Operations

Brian has over 20+ years of experience in finance and operations.  Prior to joining Endava, Brian was CFO at Stream Companies and earlier, CFO at Nickelfish Design.  Brian guided both technology backed professional services companies to record growth and helped service several Fortune 500 clients.  Brian has experience in M&A, strategic exits, and private equity transactions and will help drive global growth of Endava's Private Equity Group.

Mike Cessford

VP, Special Projects

Mike joined the team following a career of over 20 years as a senior Management Consultant focussed on M&A, Change and Programme Management. Working in the UK and Internationally, Mike is used to working with wide stakeholder groups and managing complex business problems. These programmes have involved building new corporate capabilities in order to meet business and regulatory requirements, operational and organisational change, process improvement, and systems and data transition. Mike is a qualified ISO 9001 auditor and is accustomed to working with the disciplines of industry regulatory and operational standards / requirements.

Jin Bains

Head of PE, Large Cap

Jin joins from HSBC Alternative Investments Ltd where he was Chief Operating Officer and responsible for the private equity, venture capital and hedge fund asset management business with $55bn in AUM. Prior to HSBC Jin held senior executive roles at PGIM Investments and Merrill Lynch. He has approximately 20 years of experience in banking and asset management with experience in operations, finance, change management and portfolio management. Jin is an experienced board director of private equity and venture capital fund structures.

Jin is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds;  B.Sc. (hons) in Systems Science from Bayes Business School, Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and recently completed the FinTech Diploma at Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Jill Robertson

Head of PE, Mid Cap

Jill has over 20 years experience in technology and client relationship management, with a focus on telecommunications and data centre technology in banking and finance. Jill has worked for Thales, Virgin Media Business, Vodafone, and most recently for IBM. Jill joined Endava via the successful merger with Intuitus Advisory in 2019.

Rob Ciucur

Head of PE, North America

Adrian is an experienced investment professional with over 15 years in structured finance, M&A and digital transformation. Prior to joining Endava, he served as CEO of PE-backed companies in the CPG and food tech sectors. In his current role Adrian is responsible for the delivery of technology & digital transaction advisory services to Private Equity clients in North America

Cedric Deweeck

Private Equity, Value Creation Lead

Cedric Deweeck is an experienced consultant in digital, product and venture strategy. He has 10 years of experience in corporate venturing and innovation programs in retail, telco, technology & industrial. He has entrepreneurial experience in building and scaling SaaS ventures.  

In his current role at Endava, Cedric has been involved in numerous due diligence engagements leading the work on digital channels, propositions and potential value levers.

Jochen Ruf

Principal, Private Equity Dach Lead

Jochen Ruf has over 20 years of consulting experience in different industries including Financial Services, Insurance and Retail. His focus is optimizing application landscapes along the specific value chain increasing overall business value.

In his current role at Endava, Jochen is responsible for the delivery of technology transaction advisory in the DACH region for both mid cap and large cap private equity clients.

Alan Fisher

Managing Consultant

Alan has more than 25 years working in IT in various financial services organisations. An experienced Enterprise Architect, he has performed IT Architecture Governance, chaired Design Assurance Committees and led numerous Solutions Architecture and system design activities in support of major change projects and programmes. His work has encompassed a broad range of business functions and a diverse set of platforms and supporting technologies - including infrastructure, networks, data, middleware, API, cloud, operations and security services. His most recent focus has been on IT Transformations including the adoption of Agile working methodologies, Cloud enablement and Data Centre to Cloud migrations.

Calum Kennedy

Managing Consultant

Calum joined Endava following a career of over 25 years working in IT and mobile & satellite telecommunications. Prior to this he has delivered large scale digital transformation programmes globally across multiple industry sectors including financial services, telecommunications, oil & gas trading, public sector and utilities. In addition, he has held several senior roles working at Board level leading the design and implementation of business and technology strategies for organisations. Additionally, Calum has managed numerous acquisition, integration and disposal projects within FTSE 250 and Nasdaq organisations. He has also worked in professional services organisations as a Managing Consultant and held a director level position within an oil & gas trading organisation. Calum’s academic qualifications include an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and an MA in Strategic Financial Management from Kingston University Business School.

Douglas Eadie

Head of Business Development, Mid Cap

Douglas started his career in IT with Nortel before moving to a billing software company, working with mobile network operators across EMEA and Asia. More recently, Douglas has spent over 10 years in various commercial management positions with Bitwise, a specialist software services company, working with some of the world’s technology leaders across a range of business sectors in Europe and the USA.

Bryan Forero

Head of Business Development, Mid Cap

Bryan joined Endava in 2021 and leads its North American client relationship and business development efforts. He has spent the last 10 years investing in and alongside North American sponsors, in the process developing a deep understanding of the private equity ecosystem. 

Prior to Endava, Bryan spent four years as a Vice President at Wolf Point Asset Management (WPAM), a Chicago-based private equity fund of funds. During his time at WPAM, Bryan sourced, evaluated and invested in sponsors across the buyout, special situations and growth equity market segments. His responsibilities also included portfolio management and fundraising support. Bryan started his private equity career with GE Capital Equity, where he helped manage a $5 billion portfolio of LP commitments and co-investments. Between his time at GE Capital and WPAM, Bryan spent two years at Thomson Reuters in a business development role for its financial data and compliance sales vertical. 

Bryan has a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Donovan Kavish

Donovan has been with Endava for over 8 years starting off in Project Management before moving into business development. He has spent the last 5 years focused on building Endava's private equity business supporting clients across the complete lifecycle from due diligence through value creation initiatives in portfolio companies.

Carolin Knoch

Head of Business Development, Mid Cap

Carolin manages the Private Equity Group's client relationships within the UK, the DACH region and the Netherlands. She has a Masters degree in Marketing and has previously worked within the manufacturing and retail sectors before joining Endava in 2019.
Carolin is originally from Germany but currently lives in Edinburgh, Scotland.
