On 1 July 2021 the Endava Private Equity Group was formed combining Intuitus Advisory’s deep and long-standing experience of advising Private Equity clients with the next-generation technology and digital expertise that Endava has been delivering for over 20 years.
Endava acquired Intuitus in November 2019. Since then, we’ve been working together to develop an enhanced service offering to our Private Equity clients. This marks the next stage of that journey.
Since 2002 Intuitus has grown to be the leading provider of technology and digital advice to the private equity market. In this time both the technology and private equity markets have changed dramatically.
